News on Barrhead Map

We have a fantastic opportunity to apply for funding that would transform Barrhead and we want your views on our proposals.

The Levelling Up Fund is designed to invest in infrastructure that improves everyday life across the UK. The £4.8 billion fund will support town centre and high street regeneration, local transport projects, and cultural and heritage assets.

Our proposed ideas for Barrhead aim to:

- support economic change resilience

- encourage active travel

- celebrate local heritage.

But it is really important that we gather views from the local community, so whether you live, work or visit Barrhead, have a look at the proposals and have your say.
